How to Remain Young Looking Through Facial Exercises

Our face is the first thing people look at first glance. People tend to remember faces more than they can remember names. So if your face leaves a lasting impression, we have to make sure that we always look our best!

Everybody ages in time! Eventually the skin loses its suppleness and radiant glow. There are supplements and operative procedures that can help us cheat time and restore our youthful looks. However, these methods could be costly, painful and invasive. If you lack the resources, you may just end up letting time take its toll and look years older than you really are.

However, this is not the case since there are actually ways to maintain a young looking face without the need to spend any money. Doing facial exercises everyday at home can make you attain the young look that you want.

Start with drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water is good for the system for it encourages good blood and oxygen circulation. This encourages new skin to develop faster. Therefore a well hydrated body results to good skin. Perfect skin develops when there is ample water supply in the body. Toxins from the body are eliminated whenever we perspire. That is why drinking lots of water helps in beautifying your skin.

Second, exercising daily should also be done. Aside from the fact that exercise makes you healthy, it also keeps you happy. Through exercising, oxygen and good blood circulation are again achieved allowing the body to be renewed. With the proper circulation of oxygen and blood, the functions of the body are also able to perform at best including development of new hormones and cells. The old skin cells are removed by the new cells making the skin look young and new. After exercising, effects include an improvement in one's predisposition and a happy feeling.

Like the other parts of the body, the face can also be exercised and thus, you can also expect the effects of exercise on one's face. Exercises on one's face are easy and will not take most of your time. You just have to be disciplined in doing them daily to enjoy long term effects.

You can do your facial exercises after washing of face. This and the time after taking a bath are the best times to do the exercises since the skin is most relaxed, hydrated and soft during this time. In massaging your face, it is best to use oil, creams or lotions for the face. The massage should start at your forehead to your temples in a rotating motion with the use of your palms. The routine should be done on both the upper and lower part of your forehead twice.

Then with your 3 middle fingers of both hands start with rotating them on your temples gently moving upward to the scalp. Do this procedure 3 times. Press your eyebrows using your middle and index fingers starting from the nose bridge going the opposite direction. Repeat 3 times. Then use your right hand and sweep your forehead towards the opposite direction. Alternate with your left hand and repeat this routine 3 times. Do these exercises everyday and eventually you will feel your skin getting taut, soft and young looking.
